Welcome

Psychological support and counselling for teenagers, young people and families at New Town Health Centre, New Town, Hobart. I provide a safe, caring space, as we work toward improving life and connection.

My approach

I use a strengths-based, practical approach and am committed to working with people to achieve the changes they want, within a collaborative, respectful and non-judgemental space.

I bring many years of experience working with young people and families and place high value on evidence-based practice. I run a neuro-affirming practice — which means I align with the neurodiversity-affirming movement, embracing natural neurological differences and understanding disability as arising largely from societal barriers rather than individual deficits.

My service is safe and inclusive for our LGBTIQ+ community, and I am highly skilled and adaptable when working with young people (12–25 years), their families, and adults.
